She is 100% human and as far as we know there is nothing supernatural about her. She does, however, have an uncommonly high tolerance for poisons, alcohol, and aphrodisacs (as she herself notes in canon).

As far as her appearance goes, she's the sort of person who is meant to look very different when she's in her normal everyday wear and when she actually cleans and dresses up (multiple people in canon express shock when she Actually Tries), so she is deliberately making herself look as shabby as possible during normal times.
